THIS AGREEMENT (hereinafter, the “Agreement” or the “Contract”) is made this 27th day of September, 2021, by and between Village of Orland Park (hereinafter referred to as “VILLAGE”) and Core Construction (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”) to furnish all materials, supplies, tools, equipment, labor, and perform other services necessary to commence and complete the Work in connection with the Elevated Tank No. 7 Electrical Improvements (hereinafter referred to as “Project” ”, the “Work”, or the “Services”).
