This Utilities Addendum ("Addendum") dated is attached to and made a part of the rental agreement dated (the "Agreement") by and between , as agent for Owner ("Landlord"), and (individually and collectively referred to herein as "Resident") for the rental of the premises located at (the "Premises”) within the community commonly known as (the “Community” or "Property").
