, 2022 by and between Alachua County, a charter county and political subdivision of the State of Florida, (hereinafter referred to as the "COUNTY”), and Gardner, Bist, Bowden, Dee, LaVia, Wright, Perry & Harper, P.A., a Florida for profit corporation, (hereinafter referred to as the "ATTORNEY”). Individually, the COUNTY and the ATTORNEY may be referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively may be referred to herein as the “Parties”.
