THIS AGREEMENT for the Provision of Employee Benefits Consulting and Actuarial Services (hereinafter referred to as “Contract”), is effective January 1, 2022, by and between the County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California, (hereinafter referred to as “County”) and Mercer Health & Benefits LLC, with a place of business at 17901 Von Karman Ave, Suite 1100 Irvine, CA 92614 , (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”), which are sometimes individually referred to as “Party” or collectively as “Parties”.
