IMPORTANT INFORMATION: These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of the Payment Services defined in Clause 1, which are supplied by Prepaid Financial Services Ltd, 5th Floor, Langham House, 302-308 Regent Street, London, W1B 3AT whose details are in Clause 2 (“we”, “us”, “our”) to any person whose application we approve (“Customer”, “you”, “your”). Words that begin with a capital letter have the meaning given either where they first appear in this Agreement or in Clause 1. This Agreement includes the terms of PFS Privacy Policy and Calyx Privacy Policy.
