THIS PUBLIC WORKS CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT (“Contract”), entered into by and between the Indiana Department of Administration’s Public Works Division (“State”) and F.H. Paschen, S.N. Nielsen & Associates LLC (“Contractor”), is executed pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth herein and is governed by Indiana Code 4-13.6, et seq.
