Objectives and Principles: This agreement in this Framework of Cooperation (FOC) intends to set out the general principles of mutual cooperation in the field of education, according to which the above agreed institutions may jointly identify areas of mutual interest and carry out cooperative activities on the basis of mutual benefit.
