THIS AGREEMENT made on this day of December 17, 2018 between the City of Rapid City, 300 Sixth Street, Rapid City, South Dakota 57701, hereinafter referred to as OWNER, and HDR Engineering, Inc., hereinafter referred to as CONSULTANT. This project will encompass the preparation of the Meade County Corridor Study from Erickson Ranch Road to 143rd Avenue.
