THIS AGREEMENT, made by and between Diversified Services Network, Inc. (DSN) (hereinafter called the "Consultant") and the County of Shawano, State of Wisconsin (hereinafter called the "County"), shall be effective upon the execution of the signatures below. The parties are individually referred to herein as the “Party” and collectively referred to herein as the “Parties”.
