This Settlement Agreement (“Settlement” or “Agreement”)1 is entered into between Plaintiff, Laura Wilcopolski, individually and on behalf of the Settlement Class (as defined below), and First Advantage Form I9 Compliance, LLC (“Form I9” or “Defendant”). The Settlement Agreement is subject to Court approval and is intended by the Settling Parties to fully, finally, and forever resolve, discharge, and settle the Released Claims (as defined below), upon and subject to the terms and conditions hereof. The Parties hereby agree to the following terms in full settlement of the Action, subject to a Final Approval Order entered by the Court.
