This Master Customer Agreement (the “MCA”) is entered into between Vigilant Solutions LLC., with offices at 500 W. Monroe Street, Suite 4400, Chicago, IL 60661 (referred to herein as “Motorola”) and the City of Aurora, an Illinois home rule municipal corporation, having a place of business at City of Aurora, 44 East Downer Place, Aurora, Illinois 60505(“Customer”). Motorola and Customer will each be referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”. This Agreement (as defined below) is effective as of the date of the last signature (the “Effective Date”).
