THIS CONTRACT is entered into between the Areawide ADRC on Aging of Broward County, Inc, hereinafter referred to as the “ADRC,” and Broward County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida/Broward County Elderly & Veterans Services Division hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”, and collectively referred to as the “Parties.” The term Contractor for this purpose may designate a vendor, sub grantee or sub recipient, the status to be further identified in ATTACHMENT III, Exhibit-2 as necessary.
