This Facilities Use and Lease Agreement (herein referred to as “Agreement”) is effective as of June 1, 2022 (the “Effective Date”), between PASADENA UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT (herein referred to as “LESSOR” or “District”), and ODYSSEY CHARTER SCHOOL, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation operating OCS-South (“Charter School”), organized and existing under the laws of the State of California (herein referred to as “LESSEE”).
