This PARTICIPATING AGREEMENT is hereby entered into by and between the County of Ravalli, hereinafter referred to as “County,” and the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Forest Service, Bitterroot National Forest, hereinafter referred to as the “U.S. Forest Service,” under the authority: Cooperative Funds and Deposits Act of December 12, 1975, Pub.L. 94-148, 16 u.s.c. 565al-a3, as amended.
