The terms contained herein (the “Master Agreement”) and any accompanying Anthology ordering document (an “Order Form”), or the acceptance by Anthology of an acknowledgement form or purchase order form referencing an Order Form incorporating these terms form the entire agreement (“Agreement”) between the entity listed in any Order Form (hereafter, “Customer” or “you”) and the Anthology entity listed in any Order Form (hereafter, “we”, “us” or “Anthology”), with respect to the products and/or services listed in any Order Form (“Products and Services”).1
