These Terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern the Colorado Springs Municipal Airport (“Airport”) and “Sky Sox Fly COS Giveaway (“Promotion”)”. The Promotion is a cooperative marketing campaign brought to you by the Airport, Sky Sox, and participating airlines providing service to and from the Airport. Acceptance of any prize, incentive or promotion materials subjects you to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The terms and conditions set forth herein represent the entire Agreement between the Airport and you. No additional or different oral representation, promise, or agreement shall be binding on any of the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter of this instrument.
