THIS AGREEMENT between the City of Columbia, Missouri, a municipal corporation (hereinafter "City") and The Curators of the University of Missouri on behalf of University Concert Series, a body politic organized in the State of Missouri (hereinafter “Grant Recipient”) is entered into on the date of the last signatory noted below (the “Effective Date”). City and Grant Recipient are each individually referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
