This Nonprofit EV Rebate agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between the Sonoma Clean Power Authority (“SCP”), a California joint powers authority, and , a (hereinafter “Grantee”). SCP and Grantee may be referred to individually as a “Party” or collectively as “Parties.” The “Effective Date” shall be the date that this Agreement is executed by the last Party to do so.
