AGREEMENT, made, executed and delivered in the City, County, and State of New York, as of the 1st day of August, 2017, by and between the AMERICAN GUILD OF MUSICAL ARTISTS (hereinafter called “AGMA”), a membership corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of New York having its principal office at 1430 Broadway, 14th floor, New York, New York 10018 and BALLET THEATRE FOUNDATION, INC. (AMERICAN BALLET THEATRE), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York having its principal place of business at 890 Broadway, New York, New York 10003 (hereinafter called the “Employer” or “Company”).
