This San Diego Regional Energy Network (“SDREN”) Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is made and entered into by and between San Diego Community Power (“SDCP”), a California joint powers authority, and County of San Diego (“County”), a political subdivision of the State of California, (individually referred to as “Agency” and collectively as “Agencies”).
