Customer is responsible for the payment of charges for all products and services furnished to customer under this agreement. WeatherNet content downloads are charged on a per item basis and will be billed monthly to the credit card number you have provided. Should this credit card number be invalid, declined, or expired at time of billing a 10% late fee will be assessed if full payment is not then received within 60 days. Any applicable federal, state, local and/or foreign taxes, fees and surcharges will be added to the customer’s monthly bill as necessary. All activation fees are non-refundable.
