Pursuant to this Amendment, (the “Amendment”), Illinois Bell Telephone Company d/b/a AT&T Illinois (“AT&T Illinois”) and TCG Illinois and TCG Chicago (“CLEC”), (collectively referred to as the “Parties”), hereby agree to amend that certain Interconnection Agreement between the Parties dated August 27, 2007 (Agreement).
