THIS AGREEMENT for contracted street sweeping maintenance services is entered into by and between the City of Oakley, a municipal corporation in the State of California (hereinafter referred to as “City”) and Contract Sweeping Services (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”) as of July 1, 2018 (the “Effective Date”).
