Project eDopomoga - is a joint project of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine and the State Enterprise “Information and Computing Center of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine” (USREOU code 03562649) (hereinafter – the State Enterprise) with the participation of Charitable Organization “CHARITABLE FOUNDATION ECTA INITIATIVA”, under which the Donor selects on the platform (web resource https://edopomoga.gov.ua/), which administrator is the State Enterprise, the application for assistance that the Recipient left. The Donor shall pay to the Seller as an advance payment for the goods in the amount sufficient to satisfy the application chosen by him, taking into account the available denominations. The Seller, upon receiving notification from the acquiring bank of the Donor's payment, generates a electronic code/Prepayment “eAptechka” confirming the prepayment for the goods and transmits it to the State Enterprise.
