The Pipe, Welder, Tie-in and Testing Foreman may be paid a weekly or monthly salary provided his annual salary would exceed annual wage of a Journeyman based on a forty-eight (48) hour work week. Where such foreman is employed for period of thirty (30) days or less, he shall be paid on an hourly basis.

If the fabrication crew is set up as part of a mainline job and where the distance is such that the Welder Foreman is readily available, then no other Welder Foreman will be required for the fabrication crew.
