This Agreement is for the provision of miscellaneous architectural and technical support services for projects of limited scope, to be performed on a non-exclusive, indefinite quantity basis, as requested by the Owner in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Architect represents that he has the knowledge, ability, skills and resources to provide such services in accordance with the terms and requirements of this Agreement.
