This Interconnection, Collocation and Resale Agreement (the “Agreement”), dated this 1st day of August, 2010, is entered into by and between US LEC of Pennsylvania Inc. d/b/a PAETEC Business Services (“PAETEC”), and The United Telephone Company of Pennsylvania d/b/a CenturyLink(“CenturyLink”), to establish the rates, terms and conditions for local interconnection, local resale, and purchase of unbundled Network Elements (individually referred to as the “service” or collectively as the “services”).
