THIS MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT (“MSA”) is entered into as of the day of , 2024 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Davidson County, NC, having an address at 110 West Center Street, Lexington, NC. 27293, (the “County” or “Customer”) and Judicial Systems, Inc. (“JSI”), a Texas corporation having an address at 211 Robert E. Lee Drive Tyler, TX, 75703. Each individually is a “Party” and together they are the “Parties”.
