This Agreement (“Agreement”) shall be deemed effective as of January 17, 2003***Date*** (the “Effective Date”), between Global NAPS, Inc. ("GNAPS"), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, with offices at 10 Merrymount Road, Quincy Massachusetts 02169 and Verizon New England Inc., d/b/a Verizon Massachusetts, f/k/a New England Telephone and Telegraph Company, d/b/a Bell Atlantic-Massachusetts, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York with offices at 185 Franklin Street, Boston, Massachusetts 02110 (Verizon and GNAPS may be referred to hereinafter, each, individually as a “Party”, and, collectively, as the “Parties”).
