THIS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this of , 2024 (hereinafter, the “Effective Date”), by and between the CITY OF HUNTINGTON PARK, a municipal corporation (“CITY”) [NAME OF VENDOR] (hereinafter, “CONSULTANT”). For the purposes of this Agreement CITY and CONSULTANT may be referred to collectively by the capitalized term “Parties.” The capitalized term “Party” may refer to CITY or CONSULTANT interchangeably.
