This COVID-19 Testing Agreement (the "Agreement") is dated effective as of December 7, 2020 (the "Effective Date") and entered into by and between Massachusetts Laboratories, Inc., with offices at 1 Broadway, Cambridge, Massachusetts 02142 ("MassLabs"), and Medivolve Inc., with offices at 900 - 65 Queen Street West, Toronto, ON M5H 2M5 and Collection Sites, LLC, 3960 Howard Hughes Pkwy, Suite 500, Las Vegas, NV 89169 (Medivolve Inc. and Collection Sites, LLC together referred to herein as "Medivolve"). Each of MassLabs and Medivolve may be referred to in this Agreement individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties."
