This Dark Fiber Customer Schedule (“Customer Schedule”) dated MARCH 11, 20 25, is subject to, and made a part of, that Master Customer Agreement or Master Service Agreement (“MCA” or “Master Customer Agreement”) dated MARCH 11, 20 25 entered into between the undersigned Parties. Zayo owns and operates fiber networks and other related telecommunications facilities and is in the business of leasing dark optical fiber strands (“Dark Fiber”) within the Zayo network (“Dark Fiber Offerings” or "Offerings"). Capitalized terms not defined herein will have the meaning ascribed to them in the MCA.
