This agreement is entered into by and between the City of Leon Valley, a Texas municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as “the City of Leon Valley” or “City”) acting by and through its City Manager, pursuant to Ordinance No. , passed and approved July 18, 2023 and Banis Towing, a Texas corporation, acting by and through its President (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”), both of which may be referred to herein collectively as the “Parties”.
