This agreement to fix the assessment of a property (the “Agreement”) located at Lots 3 and 4 of the Bysiewicz Industrial Subdivision Middle Street, (the “Property”) is made between the City of Middletown, 245 deKoven Drive, Middletown, Connecticut 06457, a municipal corporation, having its territorial limits within the County of Middlesex and State of Connecticut (the “City”) and MIDDLETOWN PROPERTIES, LLC (“Middletown Properties”), MIDDLETOWN PARTNERS REALTY, LLC (“Middletown Partners”), and ARCONN Realty, LLC (“ARCONN”), all having a mailing address of 191 Franklin Avenue, Hartford, CT 06114 (collectively the “Developer)” who are known collectively with the City as the “Parties,” and effective as May 5, 2014 (the “Effective Date”).
