This Class Action and PAGA Settlement Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between Plaintiff Loburdes Ventura (“Plaintiff”) and Defendant Blue Chip 2000 Commercial Cleaning, Inc. (“Blue Chip”). The Agreement refers to Plaintiff and Blue Chip collectively as “Parties,” or individually as “Party.”
