This Edge Delta Master Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Edge Delta, Inc. a Delaware corporation (“Edge Delta”), the customer specified in an applicable Order for Edge Delta products or services (the “Customer”). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which Edge Delta agrees to provide, and Customer agrees to obtain, access to the Edge Delta technologies and online services described in an applicable Order.
