This agreement is made this 1st day of October, 2018, between the United States Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (hereinafter “DEA”), and The City of Glendale, Arizona Municipal Corporation (hereinafter “City”), acting through the Glendale Police Department (hereinafter “GPD”). DEA, City and GPD are referred to herein individually as “Party” and collectively as “Parties.” The DEA is authorized to enter into this cooperative agreement concerning the use and abuse of controlled substances under the provisions of 21 U.S.C. § 873.
