This Amendment No. 1 (the “Amendment”) is made by and between Verizon North LLC, f/k/a Verizon North Retain LLC (“Verizon”), a Delaware limited liability company with offices at 1717 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103, and NetCarrier Telecom Inc., a corporation with offices at 4000 N. Cannon Ave., Lansdale, Pennsylvania 19446 (“NetCarrier”), and shall be deemed effective on June 15, 2012 (the “Amendment Effective Date”). Verizon and NetCarrier are hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a "Party". This Amendment covers services in Verizon’s service territory in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (the “State”).

Cannon Ave., Lansdale, Pennsylvania 19446 (“NetCarrier”), and shall be deemed effective on June 15, 2012 (the “Amendment Effective Date”). Verizon and NetCarrier are hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a "Party".
