This Software as a Service Agreement (this “Agreement”), effective as of January 18, 2023 (the “Effective Date”), is by and between Bytecurve Holdings LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with offices located at 1250 E Diehl Road, Suite 402, Naperville, IL 60563 (”Provider”), and Liberty School District, a Missouri Public School District with offices located at 8 Victory Lane, Liberty, MO 64068 (”Customer”). Provider and Customer may be referred to herein collectively as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party.”
