This Child Care Center Sponsorship Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into this 30th day of December, 2024 (“Effective Date”) by and between TodayCare Children's Centers LLC, ("TodayCare" or “Contractor”), a Missouri limited liability company with its principal office located at 4652 Medalton Way, Suite 100, Saint Louis, MO 63128, and Keystone Early Learning Center Association ("Client" or “Parent Association”), a Pennsylvania not-for- profit organization with its principal office located at Room 125, 400 North Street, Harrisburg, PA 17120.
