for work done 1. Subject of the Contract 1.1. The Supplier hereby undertakes to perform reconstruction works of the student dormitory in the town of Kramatorsk, Parkova street, 62, Doneck region, 843 31, Ukraine – phase I. (in part of the building – axes 8-11) (hereafter ,,work“). The work consists of the following activities: Roof repair; Installation of windows; General interior construction works; Water supply and sewerage; Ventilation and heating; Electrical works; Fire alarm. 1.2. The work is further specified in Annex no. 2 – Bill of Quantity, Annex No. 3 – Technical specification of the works and Annex no. 4 - Project documentation. 1.3. The Supplier undertakes to perform the work duly, in time according to Annex No. 5 – Time schedule. The Supplier undertakes to perform the work on its own risk and costs.
