This Contract is made and entered into this day of , 2020 (“Effective Date”) between LANE TRANSIT DISTRICT (“LTD”), a regional transportation district and a political subdivision of the State of Oregon, and (“Contractor”), a corporation organized pursuant to the laws of the state of Oregon. LTD and Contractor may hereinafter from time to time be referred to as “Party” or “Parties.”
