WHEREAS, Braskem has selected Seller to provide "Products," and/or the performance of any services as defined in a Braskem "Purchase Order" issued under this Contract; WHEREAS, Braskem and Seller wish to provide a set of uniform terms and conditions to govern all Purchase Orders issued on or after the date of this Contract; and
