Houston Baptist University (“Employer”) has asked BPAS to provide administrative services (“Services”) for certain employee benefit plans and programs (“Benefit Plans”) and arrangements maintained by Employer as described in this BPAS Employer Benefit Plan Administrative Services Agreement (“Agreement”).
