[Organization Name] (Contractor) shall prepare final New York Clean Transportation Prize (NYCTP) proposal materials and a final pitch presentation. To develop these materials, the Contractor shall review feedback from the debrief on the original submission to understand gaps in the proposal and use this feedback to update and enhance the proposal. The Contractor will undergo a rigorous period of planning support to refine and strengthen the proposal, conduct additional engagement, and work with outside experts—to whom NYSERDA will provide access—to refine the proposal. The Contractor will submit the final proposal, which shall include the pitch presentation, to Phase Two of the relevant NYCTP competition.
