This Master Subscription and Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is made as of April [1], 2018 (“Effective Date”), between Binti, Inc. with an address at 1999 Harrison Street Suite 1575, Oakland, CA 94612 (“Binti”), and San Bernardino County, with an address at 412 W. Hospitality Lane, San Bernardino, CA 92415 (“Licensee”). Binti and Licensee will be referenced to individually herein as “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
