THIS TRANSFER AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), made effective as of the last date that this Agreement is signed and dated by a party hereto (the “Effective Date”), by and between THE COMMISSIONERS OF CAMBRIDGE, a body politic and political subdivision of the State of Maryland (the “Seller” or “City”) and CAMBRIDGE WATERFRONT DEVELOPMENT, INC., a Maryland non-stock economic development corporation (the “Buyer” or “CWDI”) and/or assigns.
