Throughout this Agreement, there may be references to LITHIUM AMERICAS CORP. (Incorporation No. BC1397468), a British Columbia corporation (“New LAC”) and the parent company of Lithium Nevada. Lithium Nevada and New LAC may be collectively referenced as the “LAC Group”.
