THIS CABLE FRANCHISE AGREEMENT (the “Franchise” or “Agreement”) is entered into by and between the Village of Oyster Bay Cove, a validly organized and existing political subdivision of the State of New York (the “Local Franchising Authority” or “LFA”) and Cablevision Systems Long Island Corporation, a corporation duly authorized to do business in the State of New York (the “Franchisee”).
