East Avenue, Fresno, A 93725 (“Pepsi”) and SMG, a Pennsylvania general partnership, as the manager of the Fresno Convention & Entertainment Center, its place of business at 848 Main Street, 2nd Floor, Fresno, CA 93721 (the “Customer”), and the City of Fresno, a California municipal corporation (the “City”).
